Services Offered:
Majestic Virtual Assistants provides virtual assistant services to online coaches, entrepreneurs, business owners, and anyone in need of such services. We offer the following subscription packages:
Startup Success Package: 30 Hours for $360/month
Business Boost Package: 60 Hours for $690/month
Elite Enterprise Package: 120 Hours for $1260/month
Payment and Subscription:
Majestic Virtual Assistants provides virtual assistant services to online coaches, entrepreneurs, business owners, and anyone in need of such services. We offer the following subscription packages:
Cancellation and Refunds:
If we are unable to match you with a suitable Virtual Assistant within 30 days, we will refund your initial payment in full. This agreement is month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice via electronic mail before the next billing date. Any unused hours in the month of cancellation can be utilized until the last calendar day of that month. Once a Virtual Assistant is assigned and confirmed, your purchase is considered complete and is not refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
Use of Services:
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site and services.
Intellectual Property:
The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Majestic Virtual Assistants and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Site.
You grant Majestic Virtual Assistants a limited, non-transferable license to use your name and logo for marketing purposes on our blog, website, and other marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability:
Majestic Virtual Assistants' total liability for any claims, losses, costs, or damages is limited to the total fee paid by the client. We are not responsible for any loss of income, business opportunities, or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved through email communication. We strive to address your concerns promptly and reach an amicable resolution.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by sending an email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
